Energy the Basics
All living things produce energy. This energy is what we all share with others to aid others, care, love, change the universe, and all within it. Even though all living things produce, absorb, share and infuse Energies, we humans produce the strongest energy. This is because we have the most powerful souls, so our energies are the strongest energies stored in The All.
One must be in a particular, proper state to have enough power to consume and release Energy. Certain states of mind can produce and distribute different Energies. The mind must also connect to some kind physical activity to produce or release stronger Energy. Any activity can produce or collect small amounts of energy, but the strongest, the purest and the most powerful energy comes from the act of sex and orgasm. Sex is essential to everyone in the Church of the UO and The All. It is energy generated by sex and orgasm that connects with The All.
Some people feel energies while in a deep state, such while in a Ritual, Prayer or Meditation, while feeling profound arousal and orgasm, There are substances, such as Glory, that aid in adding certain characteristics of energy. During these conditions, if the experience is intense and profound enough, one may be able to see energy around them.
The effects of energy depend on who is creating and distributing it. A Healer, for example, gives another energy inside another, (this is called "feeding" The Energy), a Guadian distributes energy to protect others. Mostly, the person (or group) being fed energy is unaware that it is happening, although one may get a "warm feeling" or a tingle. One may have something unexpectedly beautiful happen as a result of being fed energy. The energy that is fed into a person is used, and the results that go along with positive actions trickle back into The All.
Energy can be fed into The All directly, giving those same positive, beneficial Energies back into The All for someone else to consume, feed and use.

FREQUENCY
Frequency is the “color” of The Energy. Energy Frequency determines the effect of that Energy. For example, if an Energy with the Frequency of Black, is fed to another person it will affect that person's secrets or affect that person's secret or affect something secret in that person's life. There are other basic Frequencies and The All Frequency (also known as Frequency Gold) all which have different effects on the person consuming, producing, feeding with them.
The core frequencies are Black, Blue, Green, Orange, Pink, Purple, Red, and White. Each Frequency causes a different effect on people consuming and getting fed them. There are other Frequencies, but one discovers those as they continue their journey to discover their Pure You.
